Thomas Steimer, 58, of West Mifflin, passed away surrounded by loving family on November 30, 2017. Tom is survived by his beloved wife, Colleen Steimer; children, Molly (Ian Moore) and Lucius (Michelle Pollock); brothers, Glenn (Michele) Steimer, Merl Steimer, Lee (Charlotte) Steimer, and Neil (Moreth) Steimer; sisters, Reath Risaliti, Lise (Rich) Conte, and Susie (Robert) Barbee; two dogs, Ozzie and Jack; as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends. Tom was preceded in death by his parents, Glenn and Reath Steimer. Recently retired from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a construction manager. Tom loved life and enjoyed traveling with his wife, Colleen. He was a great dad, and enjoyed doing everything with his children. Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 from 2 pm - 7 pm at the JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 301 Curry Hollow Rd., Pleasant Hills, 15236. A memorial service will be held Thursday, December 7, 2017 at 10 am in the Funeral Home Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation at www.jdrf.com.
